#1, all the other designs have an "unused" space on the left, making the package feel bulky and less tidy. In #1, the player itself is centered, which it should be, and no wasted space. The transparency effect adds a little bit of a fanciness look, but on the other hand, it might also create a bit of a less solid/mature feeling of the product. This is not a problem if it's a lower-end product, but I guess this is a high-end model based on the model number. Thus #1 is the best design if I had to choose one from the four of them.
