Does anyone have experience with both of these amps? Would the OPA2228 be better than a pa2v2? Could either of these hooked up with a super pro.dac, power 250ohm beyers well?

Everyone who makes a "cmoy" amp is going to make their own design choices that affect the sound. I've heard good cmoys and I've heard bad cmoys. I've never heard a PA2V2 so I can't answer your question. But the 2228 is far from my favorite opamp.
