Noob here wanting to test the waters in headphone amplification.
Wondering if anyone had made a comparison of these two entry level amps. I would like to buy one of them but don't know which to go with, so I'm hoping the knowledgeable folks here can give me some input. I know there are a lot of amps to choose from but I don't want to spend a lot without knowing what I'm getting in to and both of these are reasonably priced for testing.
The headphones I will be using with one of these amps is Shure E4c & Sony MDR-V700DJ and my source is an iPod 160gb Classic mostly with mp3 @ 192 or higher bit rate.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
