I have a pa2v2 and there seems to be a great deal of noise and static when the volume knob is in between the 12 o clock position and 4 o clock position. I tried doing a search for the problem but I can't seem to get it to search for more than one word. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

I'm not sure of the cause.The first thing that comes to mind is battery type...the PA2v2 doesn't like alkaline.

My experience with reduced audio quality in the PA2V2 is when the battery is depleted. You can get weak output, clipping, static and other anomolies. Make sure you use the rechargeable battereis recommended by Gary. Also, email him as he is quick to reply with useful information.

I actually have only tried it plugged into the wallwart. It reads 3v though, so that may be the issue. Thanks a lot
