I'm looking for an over the ear can with very low clamping pressure(due to my glasses) to use watching movies. My first choice would be open or semi-open, second would be closed.

I read that the original CAL's have very low clamping pressure.

Does anyone know of any others that would sound good with movies?

Thanks.

I also wear glasses and my HD598s are very good in that regard.

HD558, great all around headphone, its about 1/2  the clamp pressure of my HD650 and 2/3 the pressure of my K701.  I sit here listening to mine from a Sony HT receiver while the other better amps and cans in my profile sit idle.

The headband padding is one of the most comfy I have ever used.  I wear glasses too and I find the 558 to be excellent in that regard.

Senn HD 558 also very good. You can pick up HD 558 for under $90 used like new on Amazon. Use adgtron if interested they are Senn authorized dealer. Very fast delivery I ordered Senn Momentums on Sat there out for delivery today. Wish they would get here.

Thanks guys. I tried the HD558 and they were very comfy without my glasses. BUT with my glasses the pressure on the frames ruined it. I returned them. I was constantly messing with my glasses and headphone.

I always feel like my t70's could use a little extra pressure. Before purchasing i recall reading reviews where the reviewer noted they were comfortable wearing glasses. Way less pressure than my hd598s that to me have just a bit too much.

The beyerdynamic edition/premium models are super comfy with very little clamping force. I used to own both the 880 Pro and 880 Edition and the Edition has way less clamping force and the earcups are roomy and super comfy.
