So my DT-1350's arrived and I really like these a lot. Is there a full size, over the ear, version of this great on-ear can?? I keep looking through Beyerdynamics site, but I'm still sort of a n00b I'm afraid. Any help would be great.

You'll have to describe its sound signature for most of us to have a shot at helping.

Looking at Beyer cans, my guess is that the the more expensive Beyer T70 might be the closest.

It could be that the more reasonably priced DT 880 Pro, DT 770 Pro and/or DT 990 Pro would be close enough.

Sorry, I'll be more specific. I owned a Sennheiser HD 25 Adidas Original and HD 380 Pro. I will use those to compare. My DT-1350's aren't fully burned in, but yes, loving the sound, and expecting even more as they continue to be burned in. I love everything about them, I just prefer the feel of over-the-ear cans.

The DT-1350 is more reference than the HD-25 in its overall sound. It doesn't have the peaky low-treble frequencies, yet good treble extension. The bass extension is there, but again, more reference than the HD-25. The bass is good, yet not loose or boomy. However, the DT-1350 is not as reference as the 380 HD Pro's.

The 80 Ohm rating of the DT1350 works well with my setup so I was looking at the DT-770. I don't have a trust fund, LOL! However, price point is mainly a concern because at $300-ish, it leads me to think the DT-770 may be the over-the-ear version of a DT1350 that I am searching for.

The T1 looks good too of course, I just can't use that can to its full potential with my current setup. Cheers.

DT-770 Pro-80 owner here. I like the DT-770 Pro-80 too, you would be so happily wasted by the bass, while enjoying the enchanced treble and enormous soundstage. However, the mids won't be as sweet or tasty as the DT1350 and it's laid back, but in a good way. Haven't heard the HD380 yet, but the DT-770 Pro-80 would surely be a distinctive, irreplacable cans to your collection (vs DT1350 + HD25). You won't regret this choice and heck it's a bargain!

On the other hand, DT880 is very neutral and clear, crystal clear. Just that because someday you would get a T1 (that's a destiny no Beyer lovers can avoid), I advice to get the DT770 instead.

And strange I never truely have the urge to get a DT-990.

better go with beyerdynamic dt880 instead of the 770/80ohm... dt770/ohm is a heavily colored headphone, it has a good load of bass and not as reference sounding as dt1350, where the dt880 might has better resemblence.

The DT 770 (closed) are not as neutral as the DT 880 (semi-open), which is available in a 32 ohm version.
