The title says it all; but to be more specific.

I currently have Sennheiser IE60's.
I love them to death but I'm currently looking for a pair of on/over hears to compliment them.
I'd PREFER over ears. I listen to hip-hop, dance mostly, but I do actually listen to every genre possible.
I wanted something with great bass and clarity.
Id like them good at isolating me so that I don't have to hear as much that's around me.
Edit: This is going to be used with my Cowon J3 in a portable set up.

The top end of my range is $250 Canadian.

hopefully I get some great help from you guys again. : )

Hah, I just picked up a pair of V-Moda M-100 in Toronto for that price. Keep your eyes on Kijiji and you might find another pair. Or you could consider cheaper options like JVC S500, Creative Aurivana Live, or M-Audio Q40.

Assuming this is for a portable setup?

Yes. Its for a portable set up. Sorry.

While not exactly what you wanted.
The JVC HA-S500 headphones (on-ear and folding), can sell mail order, for $56 (57 CAD).
Nice audio quality for way under your budget.
And you can get different ear pads (Velour & Leather) for around $15, on eBay.
Works fine plugged straight into portables.

KRK KNS 8400 has outstanding clarity. Just don't buy its little brother (6400), they suck
