I'm building a CK2III and i want to use heatsinks for the output tansistors.

What should I use for heatsinks?

BJT BD139-16
BJT BD140-16

A digikey part # perhaps?

I figured out that the TO-# of the device is a code for the package size.

Maybe Digi-key# 345-1023-ND ? I think I'm going to try some of those myself.

Depends how much heat you need to dissipate. But what epicurean posted looks good.
