This is a long shot and I am too lazy to sift through a dedicated photo forum.
I have this 20-year-old OSRAM BCS44 Studio flash which I used a lot with a CANON F1 to great satisfaction at the time. Does anybody know if it would work well with a CANON G5?
I have tried it as a slave flash, but the G5 compensates too much and the images get too dark. To compensate the "diaphragm" on the G5 does not help very much. The G5 does not have a female connector for a flash, only a female shoe (I hope that is the correct description) on top. Would an adapter make the OSRAM work with the G5?
