Or maybe the white stuff is...you know what I am talking about.

Brings another meaning to "cream in your pants fantastic" which the Orpheus most certainly is.

Yeah the white stuff looks more like liquid or something. I hope GuardianKnight isn't right on this one.

Looks like some kind of glue to me.

Nice pics, but your hands appear in some of them which kind of renders them useless, no offense! What are you taking them with? They're extremely clear - it's quite impressive.

that white stuff just looks like soap scum to me, poor attempt at cleaning the metal up a bit.

I can’t photograph at all. After seeing the following post, I visited the website of the seller. The Pics are from there and just hosted by me.

Can someone who knows answer this questions? TIA

FWIW, to me it looks like flaking off paint too.

Might I suggest hosting these pictures elsewhere to avoid stretching the page? It makes viewing them and browsing the forum a little more convenient.

FYI, www.imageshack.us offers free image hosting (up to 1MB files).

Oh I am pretty positive the tube covers are metal. The white stuff is probably packaging material.

after taking a closer look, the white stuff sure looks like styrofoam, which tends to stick on things after prolonged contact.
