I have been struggling to make foobar2000 reproduce .opus files.
I can play them with VLC but as i use VLC mainly for videos and foobar2000 for music I would like to be able to hear all my music from foobar2000, including my .opus files.
 
Anybody knows of an easy to follow/do method to work this out?

Foobar seems to support .opus by default. Maybe your version is outdated. If you mean file associations just disable it in VLC and enable in Foobar.

Thanks. No, I do not mean file association.
I keep it updated to the latest version and I read about the default support of .opus files but I get nothing but errors with every opus file I have in foobar2000.
If nobody is having issues with opus playback with foobar2000, may be my opus files are wrongly encoded?

As for AAC, there are 1001 ways of wrongly encoding it.

Oh, yeah.... that opus that you shared is playing fine on my foobar2000, so it seems I will have to revise my .opus files and their encoding
