When I play my BDP 103 through my stereo system, the volume control on the remote works just fine. When I'm running my headphones through a Zero DAC connected to my Oppo BDP 103 and my Squeezebox Touch, the volume control on the Squeezebox remote work just fine, but doesn't work at all on the Oppo.  Any ideas why the volume control works on the Oppo with my stereo, but not with my headphones?

The volume control on the Oppo BD players only controls analog volume.
When you find that the volume doesn't work, then most likely that is when you are using digital audio output and not analog.
