Sony just recently released these headphones just earlier this year and I have been wondering what people or the audio experts thought about them. So far I heard they're not audiophile quality but they're also as good as Bose in terms of noise canceling. Anyone had any experience with these Sony's?

They'll look great with my PS3! Anyways, I guess not everyone on headfi knows these cans well then. I rather have the experts review these than me since I'm pretty new in the audiophile world.

They're about $200 so they're not overpriced like Bose. Maybe they'll deliver for their price unlike Bose? I wonder how it fares up with the Audio Technica ATH ANC7s, which actually costs the same as these Sony's.

technically......dont be so optimistic about them, they are simply altus d777 with noise canceling function, as to how d777 performs in terms of SQ, you can use the search function.

Oh ok. I've tried the Altus headphones before and thought they had okay SQ. Well it seems the ATH ANC7s will do it for me then. People here seem to prefer them over all NC headphones in its price range.
