Opinions on SRM-323S vs SRM-006tS for SR-009?

My apologies. Seriously thought you were joking since you replied OT in a stax thread about a headphone that is known for having a TON of mid-bass.

Here is a quick answer anyway:

Look to lower the mid-bass (100 hz hump) and you should see some better clarity overall.

Here is a graph of the frequency response: http://graphs.headphone.com/graphCompare.php?graphType=0&graphID[]=2241&scale=30

If you use the search function and you should find some info on EQ and describing sound.

Here is the change I made according to your instructions. Please check if this is what you meant, and if I can do more to achieve more precision.

Thanks for your guidance.

I don't think he meant turning that frequency down all the way. XD

Use a parametric equalizer that lets you input the exact frequency, such as Equalizer APO with the Peace GUI.

Installed it. Now, I know it's all subjective depending on the kind of change I want in the sound, but could you please instruct me on how to manipulate it best to fully utilize it? Thank you.
