Has anyone done this?
I bought a pairs of cans on eBay, paid. Seller's communication was smooth. Seller's family emergency, cant fulfill the delivery. Willing to refund the money.
I want to do this the right way on eBay, but it keeps telling me to contact Seller... what gives?
or is it because the estimated delivery date is set for 2/1... I would have to wait 3 days past this date in order to file a claim?
