Looking to try some open back headphones, I'm usually an IEMs or clip-ons user. I don't want a heavy or clamping feel on my head, which is on the bigger side.
Under $200 if possible. For sound I like warm and smooth, I'd read some reviews of entrylevel ones that sometimes mentioned being a bit harsh on the treble etc, so hoping for some smoothness.

Also sounds ok without an amp, if possible. But if I end up digging this kind of thing I may get one too. Thanks!

If you can stretch your budget to $220, I strongly suggest you the drop hd6xx, this are legendary hd650 and totally worth the invest in a long time term. Additionally this are well know to scale with your gear.

Beyerdynamic Tygr 300R is also a very good one. It has nice warm sound and treble is pleasantly smooth and non-piercing too.

Philips X2HR. Smooth / warm sound, no need for an amp, usually ~$150, have gone on sale as low as $100 for Black Friday and the like.

I don't personally find them too heavy, but they aren't the lightest headphones ever.
