I am looking for some open, or semi open, back headphones with the best sound containment. I live for the soundstage of open headphones but sound leakage prevents me from listening to my music at work or public transit, and i hate worrying that i am annoying other people, but i like the ability to hear things around me, so i don't care how much sound gets in. My budget is under $200, but I am willing to go over if you think its worth it. Does something like this even exist? If so any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Fidelio L1 are right in your price range and are semi open so they should leak less than a completely open design.

A modest amp will improve your sound.  An amp/DAC for a laptop with only on-board sound will be even better. "Worth it" is an entirely subjective call.
