Hi thinking of purchasing some OPA134 from a local supplier here in australia, they offer OPA134 in Dil & Soc form, which one should I get if I want to use it in CMoy portable amp?

Difference is in the package. Don't get SOIC - it's surface mount, meaning it's small and you need a circuit board or a SOIC adapter to use it. Almost everybody uses DIL package.
