I have a Pimeta and three opa627s that I would like to switch in. Unfortunately, they are the SO8 version (opa627au).

So in order to use these opamps for OPALR, I need to get a SO8 to DIP adapter AND a single to dual opamp (so8 to so8) adapter. And for OPAG, just the former.

EDIT: I just found an adapter that converts two so8 to one dual dip. http://cimarrontechnology.com/index....PROD&ProdID=24
I guess that should work for OPALR.

Is that right? I want to make sure I'm getting the right parts.

Yes, you want the BrownDog dual SO-8 to DIP-8 for LR, and the BrownDog SO-8 to DIP-8 for G.

The dual adapter has one op amp on its underbelly. Older stock of the dual adapter uses 1/8" pins, newer stock uses 1/4" pins. The 1/8" pins are too short to seat properly in IC sockets, so you want the 1/4" pins. OK if you order direct, or confirm this with your supplier.
