  you  which  shops  you  recommend  me  to  buy  from  .
 
  now  about  the  import  fees
 
 I  don't  live    in  USA  but  I've  got  a  friend  lives  in  New  York  and  what
 
  the  import  fees at  NY  ?  should  I  buy  at  NY  to  avoid  fees  ?

Are you talking about customs fees?  I don't think the country you buy it from matters, as long as it's international it's probably all lumped together in the same category.  The fees should mostly depend on which country you are in.
If you get your friend in NY to buy your headphones for you and then send them over in a packaged marked as a gift then you shouldn't have to pay fees in most countries.

Customs fees for importing something like headphones under $50 to New York should be minimal.  I doubt that you would get fees at all.

i don't think you will need to undertake any fees at all if the amount is substantially low.
