Well, I just hit the vaunted point of 1,500 posts - Headphoneus Supremus. What do I have to show for this obsession with a headphone forum? I've found some great new music, I now know how to solder, I've got a decent set of headphones, and I've been exposed to quite a lot of nice people. I'm hopin' to get to a meet this summer so I can meet some of you in person too.

So, I just gotta say Thanks Guys, it's been a great ride so far.

Do you work? Are you a student? How can you AVERAGE over 8 posts a day???

Here's my secret: I'm home schooled! So, whenver I need a break from school, I just take 5-10 minutes of head-fi browsing, which usually ends up in a post or 2.

As soon as I find myself a job I'll probably be posting less.

After I get a job, a 250+gig hard drive, and a driver's license. Some things take precedence now that I do have some decent headphones. My next upgrade will probably be a dac, since this SBLive! isn't cutting it.

Not really with the curriculum I'm using, they are pretty inflexible and it's pretty much the stock public school stuff. They wouldn't even let me start a single subject early and the rest of the subjects at the normal start time. Ticked me off.

over the summer and next year I'm hoping to get some college credits in, which is a lot easier to do with the flexibility of home schooling.
