I know there are some mini 3,5 mm cables out there, maybe readymade or manufactured by hobbyists. I'm looking for small, simple and clean cables (no braids) to connect my D2s and amps:

Let me know where I can buy them, or if anyone is willing to make a pair for me. Photos/links would be appreciated.

I think for your application it has to be custom made, contact Brian @ BTG Audio. I'm sure he can make you one for pretty cheap

Recognise those Neutrik plugs. I've seen even smaller, made from hot glue and heat shrink tube, probably in the "Pictures of your portable rig"-thread.

I have a member who's currently building me a 1in 3.5mm interconnect using neutrik RA plugs and SPC wire. Headstage arrows bought directly from their website come with two 1in 3.5mm interconnects w/ really small plugs.

Unfortunately molded end plugs are best left to companies that have molds and injection molding equipment, not in the general scope of the end user.

Take a look at these plugs, if you see one you like I can make you a cable with them for a bend radius as tight as the cable will allow.

There are a number of cables to choose from as well as nylon fabric sleeving.

Let me know I'll do it at cost and shipping the end product to you. When properly assembled the Neutrik 1/8" right angles have excellent clamp type strain relief on the cables, they are excellent connectors.

The cable to the right is something like what I´m looking for.

Or even shorter. Let me know if you have one or know where they are available.

Who makes the one on the left?  I know Cardas makes one like the one on the right - might be a little longer. looking for something shorter also.
