Hello everyone. Welcome to our launch event. We will introduce 2 products for you here.
Before getting to the M11S, let's take a quick review of our first Samsung Exynos 7872 music player, the M11. It was highly acclaimed in the market thanks to its outstanding overall performance and ultra-high cost performance and was granted many well-known awards at home and abroad. Until today, it is still a stylish music player no matter the appearance design or configuration.
It has been 3 and a half years. The all-new M11S is finally coming back with great sincerity. Now, we will see through it from 4 aspects: appearance design, hardware configuration, software application and accessory.
First, let's check out a CG video~~

The M11S follows the design language as the M11 Plus. With an atmospheric and bold hexagonal structure, the M11S makes a striking impression wherever it goes. In addition, it features a 5.0-inch 720p×1280 bezel-less display, which is perfectly sized for comfort during prolonged usage sessions. The carbon fiber volume touch panel was also welcomed, so the M11S still takes it. Compared to the M11, the M11S also has 2.5/3.5/4.4mm headphone outputs, but the 4.4mm output can be used as a line-out output.

The left and right audio channels each feature a high-performance, high-efficiency ES9038Q2M DAC to better reproduce every last detail in your music. These DACs allow for decoding support up to 384kHz/DSD256. Compared to the AK4493EQ, the SNR of the ES9038Q2M has been improved by 6dB to 129dB, and THD+N by 7dB to -120dB.
With plenty of efficient and low-dropout voltage LDOs, the amplifier and op-amp sections are independently powered and isolated from each other, ensuring clean and abundant power while resulting in better dynamics. Handle any kind of use cases easily.
From the signal circuit diagram, we can see that the audio signal goes through the DAC chip, and then a truly balanced audio structure. The truly balanced audio structure is the most basic, and we specially customized an op-amp chip, the OPA926, which can lead to more excellent power control, lower noise floor and lower distortion compared to the AD8397. It is worth mentioning that the two DACs will work at the same time both under single-ended and balanced outputs.

The M11S has a clearly-seen advantage compared to USB dongles and portable Bluetooth DAC/Amps, i.e. the higher output power. Under a 32 ohm load, its balanced power output goes to 670mW, 120mW higher than that of the M11. Also, its 3 gain levels are capable of handling headphones of different impedance. Thanks to the excellent performance and rigorous analog circuit design, its noise floor under single-ended output has been lessened by 60% to merely 1.8uV compared to that of the M11, resulting in more black background and purer audio.
To ensure a smooth enough operating experience even for long-time uses, we used the Snapdragon 660 processor as in the M17 at any cost. Other than support for Bluetooth transmission and reception for SBC, AAC, LDAC, aptX and aptX HD codecs, Bluetooth transmission adds support for the LHDC codec, which is first supported for music players in the FiiO family and even the whole industry. In addition, the M11S also supports DLNA and AirPlay which are absent among USB dongles and DAC/Amps.
As for the battery life, a 5300mAh battery allows for 14 hours of continuous playback under single-ended output. And with support for QC 4.0 and PD fast charging, it only takes 3 hours to fully recharge.

The M11S features Android 10 with a global SRC bypass, you can install music streaming apps to listen to full lossless music whenever you want! It supports MQA 8x unfolding on FiiO Music and other third-party apps. The multifunction button is continued from the M15, but now it has 8 functions.
Other characteristics are also impressive. For example, it applied the 4th-gen All to DSD technology, leading to 20% lower power consumption, more stable upsampling and purer sound. The 5 operation modes- Android mode, Pure Music mode, Bluetooth receiving mode, USB DAC mode and AirPlay mode, allow us to enjoy HiFi music in both wired and wireless listening.
Now we know the core functions of the M11S: two high-performance ES9038Q2M DACs, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, 670mW output power, 6th-gen honeycomb design, 5-inch 720 display, MQA 8x support, 14 hours of battery life. It has other features, such as the in-vehicle mode, screen rotating, double-click to wake up, charging disabling, and charging optimization.

Under great stress of cost control, we tried our best to prepare accessories.

To meet the needs of our users, we prepared a TPU clear case which was attentively molded, helping to protect the M11S effectively. Also, you can purchase the PU leatherette case that comes with a fastener on the top to avoid the player falling off the case. On the display screen, there is a tempered glass protective film with 7H rigidity and 90%+ light transmittance pre-installed at the factory, scratch resistant while reproducing clear visual effects.

As early as when the FiiO K5 DAC/Amp was released, we received feedback from our users who were expecting a linear power supply. Until the birth of the M17 last year, they had more strong expectations. FiiO has always paid great attention to user needs.
