Well, I have been unhappy because I have not been having my daily fix of headfi. My internet has been taken away and I need to wait a week before I can start it up again. However, this past Sunday I received a small gift. Here is what I got:

upon more then quick glance you appear to be correct... so I change my guess to old leather breifcase with flowers on them... likely holding a set of Grados and my guess is RS-1s.
