Could someone just give me a quick thumbnail on the differences between aoTuV SSE/SSE2/SSE3, & which you'd use when....

Its probably just builds optimized for the different instruction sets.
SSE ->Introduced by Pentium 3 in 1999
SSE2 -> Introduced by Pentium 4 in 2001
SSE3 -> Introduced by Pentium 4 (Prescott) in 2005

I would use the one using the newest instruction set supported by my CPU. In my case SSE3, since I have an Intel Core 2 Duo.
