I am looking at purchasing tidal and the Oppo ha2 Se for utilising the offline mode with my Sony Xperia. I was also going to download UAPP so the files bypass the Dac in my phone. My question is if UAPP will work in tidal offline mode? Will the bitrate be the same or will my phone change it before sending it through to the Oppo? And if so will I notice any sound difference? Thanks

UAPP from my understanding will only play tidal online. It cannot access any tidal offline downloads. Im waiting for the tidal droid app to allow DAC bypass.
