Got them a day ago, absolutely love them. Really surprised how they sound, the only tws I've owned beforehand were the Samsung buds +, and the buds 2. From what I can recall I had a more impressed feeling with these than those two.

They are huge and kind of hard to put in, but once you get used to it that discomfort goes away.

I just ordered from batimex.pl, 22€ ink. postage for a pair, sounds worth the risk for me. Deliverytime is 2 weeks from Poland, I'll keep you informed.

My xm3's are also running great. I bought a pair of WF-5s just because. I can't say the sound is better on the xm5's, but the noise cancelling is improved and the smaller profile is easier to deal with. I didn't like the included tips, so I bought some silicones.

I'm using the silicone tips provided with the WF1000XM3's with my WF1000XM4's and they work great. For me, the perfect balance between fit, isolation and sound quality. I love the sound of the XM4's (although I also did really like the sound of the XM3's as well).
