SACD-Man, no offense, but I'm not sure the speakers are going to work. In a headphone meet with lots of open headphones, I just don't think having speakers playing is going to work. I thought briefly about bringing some of my own speakers to show off since they're a great value and might interest other Grado users, but decided against it since they would only be a distraction. Anyone else have an opinion on this?

I am quite glad you're bringing the Headroom Micro Ultra, though. Last time I heard it, I was impressed. I'm sure you all will be also.

I agree with the 2.1.

That was my mistake since I was a sponsor at the Audio Karma show and we had our own room....I was "running at the mouth"

That will be removed!!

Sorry.

Not bringing speakers is probably a good idea especially if you are trying to listen to open headphones. But out of curiosity what speakers do you ahve that would interest Grado users?

I am new to Head-Fi and am looking forward to the meet. I will bring:

Tonewin HD19 cd player
Channel Islands Audio VHP-1 and VAC-1
Sennheiser HD600 with Cardas cable

Check out the Tonewin gear thru Morrow Audio. The HD19 is a great value.
