Ah, my unit hasn't arrived yet. I initially burrowed a unit to see if it would be a good fit/ have synergy with the Gaea as I did hear from initial reviews it was a bright DAP and pairing that with a bright set might cause sibilance, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all, at least not from my experience. I'll wait for my unit to arrive and test on that, as I am using my laptop in the meantime - passing through the PA10, which might be what is causing that. My bad, didn't realise that might be a factor to account for. I'll test it out on the R6P2 when it arrives and get back in this case.

Do be sure that the L R balance is set to 0 (or wherever you need) on your Hiby R unit - “channel balance” under Audio Settings in the settings menu. It’s easy to inadvertently nudge this R or L when changing something else - I’ve done it many times
