Is it non existent? I'm exchanging emails with them, and I seem to be getting copy paste messages that are totally unrelated to the questions that I'm asking. Anyone have any experience with dealing with them? They're really starting to piss me off, I can't even find a phone number where I could contact them. Do they even have one?

I'm trying to exchange a defective/broken MP3 player btw.
