While bestowing the virtues of SET amps in another thread I remembered that I meant to post some information about NVA amps a while back. I've mentioned them in a couple of threads but thought some people may be interested so I would give them a thread of their own. They have a headphone amp that is available as a kit or pre-assembled. I've had a couple of short auditions with this and the more powerful 50 watt integrated and while they are solid state and not SET amps I have to say they were truly amazing, a real magic to them that I've found in few solid state amps. UHF Magazine, www.uhfmag.com did a few very favorable reviews of the 15 watt integrated and the 50 watt integrated. If interested the issues with the reviews can be ordered online.
