Probably depends where you live? I don't see much hi-res for any of these artists (one Okawari album @ Qobuz Store). Sometimes you can track hi-res down through Discogs- they will often list relase formats including digital bitrates, but it's a bit hit-and-miss.

Otherwise some Nujabes & Okawari available in CDQ Flac at usual suspect digital storefronts (i.e. 7digital, qobuz etc...). Might be stuck with ripping CD imports for Nomak - can dig through his digital distribution here: https://www.tunecore.co.jp/artists/nomak
