I'm looking to buy one of the two. My usage for these will be as a USB soundcard and amp. I know the uDAC isn't for portable sources, but I'm really only going to be using it as a soundcard and amp from my computers. What's the difference, and which would be better for my usage? Thanks!

The differences.. Not exactly sure. I think the uDAC is just more refined. Perhaps one of the more knowledgeable members could comment on it's circuitry. I have the uDAC, and love it. I picked it over the Icon Mobile mainly because I'm content (for now) with my FiiO E5 for mobile, and the uDAC is physically smaller than the Icon.

Although, I don't think the Icon has RCA/Coaxial output like the uDAC does, which would be rather handy if you were to hook your computer up to a home theater type system.
