Pulled my 280 apart in preparation for a recable. The problem I have is that I'm not sure which wires are positive and negative. One of the driver terminals has a yellow tick mark.

Here's the layout:

Side - Insulation Color - Wire Color - Post

Right - Red -Red - Black (no mark)
Right - Blue - Copper - Yellow Post
Left - White - Red - Black (no mark)
Left - Black - Copper - Yellow Post

My assumption is that the Red colored wire is positive. The only thing that bothers me is that yellow tick mark would then be on the negative wire.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

the copper coloured cables are typically ground. But it shouldn't make much of a difference providing they aren't connected out of phase to each other. I've never been able to tell the difference between in phase, and reverse phase connections.
