I'm integrating a Roku Soundbridge with a RAKK DAC in one enclosure. The Roku comes with a 1.3amp 9V walwart. I thought to replace it with Cinco openframe 4.45A power supply.

Is the current going to be too high for the Roku or can I safely use it as is?

Devices only draw the current they need. The voltage is however very important. I doubt as it is it's using all 1.3A from the wallwart. You just need to be careful that you supply enough current the device needs.
