[size=x-small]1. Please return cable to FiiO sales agent if the one you buy has off-line problems around the connector. See as below picture:[/size]
 

 
[size=x-small]2. FiiO Sales agent will change new cables for you or you would also ask for refund. [/size]
 
[size=x-small]3. If customers decide to change new cable, he can ask FiiO sales agent to replace qualified cables in stock or would wait for new batch of RC-UE1. [/size]
 
[size=x-small]4. Most RC-UE1s with problems belong to the latest batch which came into the market and sold in February. The reason is that loose wielding surface between TPU external wire and the PVC shell, which belongs to batch production process problems. We try the best to improve the production process in the new batch. [/size]
