I think for the average person 192 is good enough, although certain people need 320. Most can't tell the difference between 192 and 320, but some can. I'd recommend maybe 256 for a good middle ground. Depends how much space you have. Decide for yourself what you think is the lowest quality you notice a difference with and use that. Everyone is different.
