I don't have a creditcard. What exactly do I have to do to get them at $180?

Hmmm... email them to see if that code I copied still works. You need to put it in the Comments field, not the Code field. Also, how were you planning to pay without a credit card? What else do they take?

EDIT: Oh, they take checks. They should still give you the discount.

The discount is down to 30% now; type SELECT30 into the coupon code section when you check out. The price change will be reflected immediately. It won't get you down to $180, but it'll certainly be cheaper than $299!

you can also take a second thought on other IEMs such as UM1 or super-fi,
I'm one of e4 owner, i have to say the lack of bass sound makes its overall performance a bit overrated on the price level.

Awesome! Congratulations, these are great IEMs. Reportedly much more balanced than the super.fis or Westones. I hope you don't have any comfort issues.

Keep in mind that different equipment, tip selection, and seal also each play large rolls in the ultimate sound. I've heard the E4 be everything from anemicly thin to thunderous just by varying the source it was connected to.

Very true, Jasper

. I'm using a karma with a bit of oomph added to the lowend, and small soft-flex tips. That'll probably be more on the thundering side

I couldn't wait and bought E4c's today. And they sound quite good from what I've heard so far. I have them hooked up to a piece of crap laptop now, listening to 128k mp3's and it still sounds very good. I hear so much detail, it's unbelievable.

The bass is somewhat dissapointing with the yellow foams, but I'm guessing it's my laptop/foams. I just typed that before I put on Interpol - Evil... and I have to take it back. Wow!

I can't wait to hook 'm up to my Soundstorm and listen to my favourite albums.

Defenitely a big improvement.

The tri-flange give the best bass response IMO

i'll seggest that you hook it up to a PCDP, it may retrieve some bass sound. I've been listening to my RioKarma--e4c rig for days, and decided to return to my panasonic sl600 PCDP as source.

The bass of e4c is even weaker than the original earbuds with Karma.... the details however, couldn't be better with mp3's, so....
