Let me start by saying i am new to great sounding headphones.   My question is this i have a pair of Senn 428's and i found the frequency curve chart for them.  They have a couple of dips and a hump in the mid base.  If i use a parametric eq and compensate accordingly in those areas how much improvement can i expect.  I am looking to get a fairly flat curve.  I value clarity and accuracy more than bass or volume. Is eq'ing the way to go to improve the sound?

Bump.  does anyone else use an EQ to soth out a headphones frequency curve??
