Hi, when i say noob i mean computer stupid, so please no big words or lingo lol My computer has no sound coming out of it ,but it did yesterday and everyday b4.

When i go to my sound and audio devices it does not detect an audio device.

What do i do?

have you updated anything or installed any new hardware or software lately? it may be a driver issue.

hmm only thing i would have updated recently would be quicktime for my itunes. I'v been looking around other sites too and reading up and when i go to my device manager it's completely empty too..

i was gonna say go to your device manager and update your drivers or look for yellow question marks but since your device manager is empty......I'm guessing you rebooted?
Windows xp?
