Hello
I'm using "Mixxx" on my windows 8 PC to deejay Trance music at 140bpm.
I currently have a Creative sound blaster X-Fi Xtreme 5.1 sound card and I've installed ASIO4ALL drivers so I'm using 4 channels (for 2 stereo outputs) so I can hear the 2nd channel in my crappy Sony headphones.
My question is, what are the best headphones I can buy for around £100/$150 that would be good clear sound but also slightly bassy as I mix fast trance music at 140bpm so it's important I can hear the bass correctly.
I noticed the headphone output volume only increases if I raise the master PC volume in the speakers section on the bottom right of the task bar.
I need some Loud headphones that can be used without a headphone amp.
Any recommendations please?
