Right now I have the: JVC-HAFX1X-Xtreme (Which are like £10)
Which my PC is next to me and not silent, so I can hear the PC.
 
Would it be better to buy in-ear earphones or a closed headphone/set? Are there any headphones which are built like the peltor optime?
I was looking at hyperX headset, I don't know much about earphones.
 
Staying under the £100 odd range
 
I need some good sound isolation.

You might be able to find an ATH m50 at your price point. Also a good option (the mx is currently $160 at amazon in the US). V-shaped sound signature. Solid. Very popular. Should keep you fairly well-isolated from outside sound/noise.

Sound isn't my biggest gripe when it comes to headsets/phones. I want some good decent sound but sound isolation is probably what I am looking for the most.
 
Heard a lot of good reviews about the hyperx cloud so I may as well try that out

The shure se215 is generally described as a warm all rounder with really good isolation

The hyperX cloud is essentially Takstar Pro 80 as you can see here. You could go with either of them depends on what's being offered cheaper.

Well the mic can come in handy for me, so I think I may as well get the hyperX. Hopefully it's block sound out well too.
