I've noticed that PenguinAmp.com/Penguin Amp International are not offering or making any of their Penguin Cmoy Amps this means the caffeine and the royal amp.
 
Sad but true, as I've always wanted to own one of these.

he's moved on the making the headstage arrow, which is a really nice piece of hardware.
 
however, if you are looking for a cmoy amp specifically, i can tell you jds labs makes a very good one that is highly regarded by many here.

Strangely enough there is one on e-bay at the moment. Always liked the look of those 2 massive fine gold caps.
