In terms of sound, we can enjoy some headphones for long hours listening sessions but some headphones can tire our ears easily. May I be given the chance to survey your headphones because this might be a contribution for those who will buy new headphones.

The headphones will be classified into groups:
Group A - No fatigue. These headphones will never tire your ears but only after a whole day listening session.
Group B - Least fatigue. These headphones will never tire your ears but only after 6 to 8 hours listening session.
Group C - Moderate fatigue. These headphones will tire your ears after 4 to 6 hours listening session.
Group D - High fatigue. These headphones will immediately tire your ears after 2 to 4 hours listening session.
Group E - Extreme fatigue. These headphones will immediately tire your ears from 0 to 2 hours listening session.

Please classify your headphones. Thank you.

Treble boost triggers my tinnitus.  So headphones with a treble spike over the upper midrange are my extreme fatigue-ers.  I call these the "treble island" headphones... where its just open waters with treble floating on top.  FWIW I absolutely LOVE brighter sounding headphones like Grados and the K701.  I am also a very low volume music listener, just loud enough to hear over the central air conditioning vents.

The most severe treble islanders I have ever heard were some MB-Quart cans from a few years ago.  The DT880 also can cause fatigue, unless I EQ cut 7-11khz by 3~4 db.  So my list looks like this:

A) Just about anything, I can groove just fine given my low volume listening preferences.

.
E) DT880
F) MB Quart.  I forget the exact model number but these were their top of the line cans from a few years ago.  Treble was boosted/exaggerated enough to be considered a sonic flaw in my book.

B: K545 (maybe C, haven't listened to them for more than a couple hours at a time yet, but they're more neutral than the other 'phones on this list)
C: M50, DT770
E: MEElectronics S6 (unlistenable without EQing down 5kHz)
