I don't care, I just use it with my computer and headphones. I've got a different DAC for my speakers!
it certainly comes in handy to have more than one dac anyways imo. I use my atom dac for my speakers because I didn't like the atom amp very much. Having a collection is never wasteful because you'll eventually discover a purpose for your various gear.

make sure she knows you need new headphones for all of those rooms too. Electrostatic headphones for while on the toilet. Can't relax without them.

My Schiit Multibits defintely is the toilet setup. When I need to Schiit some Multibits......

Jokes aside right now I'm just running a dirty cheap FiiO D03k for my living room setup. Since it's mostly just my toddler watching Cocomellon anyway (all the parents would know this).

Been wondering if it's worth it to upgrade it to a somewhat nicer DAC. But I really only do critical listening at my PC anyway, will think about it a bit.....

I would like to sell this palladium coated plastic bag for only $999.99. It creates a water proof audiophile experience!
(please don’t pm me, I was just joking).

Has anyone A/B'd the two Schiit DAC cards with the PMax? If not, I may have to order both...for science, of course. :dt880smile:

I've got the ESS card in my PMax since I've been so happy with that combo in my Asgard 3, but am starting to wish I'd sprung for the multibit card (I was a little trigger-shy, since I wasn't able to discern much difference between an OG BF2 and my AKM Modius on the 6XX, but those aren't particularly resolving).

What don't you like about the ESS card, or what are you trying to change?
