The DVD rack behind the speaker is a set of two inexpensive shelves stacked together, got them in Target:

Don't worry about the bump man this was a very informative thread. I ended up getting two of the oak cabinets that Tuberoller got, and they are on the way. I was thinking about the Boltz CD-1200, but I was scared the rods would bend over time.

If you can get past the low WAF, they are very functional. Extremely stable and expandable.

I'm also considering building a rack using a similar configuration, but with wood sides instead of the steel. Maybe that would make for a better looking rack?

That Boltz is pretty nice. Then again, having a dedicated media room means WAF is a non-issue for me

Currently, I'm using an Ikea Billy bookcase:

with 2 tier CD shelf accessories. Good utility at a reasonable price, but it means that half of my CD's get buried a bit in the shelf.
