Aloha, I'm planning on building the Meier Bass-Enhanced Natural Crossfeed Filter and the schematic calls for a 200nf and a 47nf capacitor. What is the equivilent of these two capacitors in "uf"? Thanks for your help.

so...

200nf=0.2uf and 47nf=0.047uf
