Hi,
I recently bought a pair of KZ ZS10 Pro-X IEM’s and I have to say I’m very impressed with these and they have completely exceeded my expectations. I am a pianist and I bought them for live performance monitoring.
I really like how full the KZ’s sound compared to various other IEM’s I’ve used which all sounded quite thin and nasally. I also really like how well they fit and how comfortable.
My only criticism’s with the ZS10 Pro-X is the mids are pretty scooped. I would ideally like a little more mid. The highs don’t sound as open and airy as my Beyer DT 880 Pro headphones and the soundstage could be wider.
What would you recommend as an upgrade over the KZ ZS10 Pro-X’s that offer
- Improved mid range
- Wider Soundstage
- More open and airy highs
I don’t want to sacrifice fullness of sound.
