Does anyone own one of the Nexblack (4, 8 or 16GB) players? I want to know how the sound quality is on it, specifically if it's better or weaker than the iRiver players.

Also would be curious to know how it fares up against the Cowon X5

P.S - Does anyone know how Rio Karma works with transferring songs? Is it drag-and-drop like a removable device or is there specific software (outdated?) to transfer your files onto the player?

Forget the NexBlack, it still has the same crappy internals from the NexII. The gui's a btich and amp has severe distortion/clipping problems. I've tried the NexII (my first mp3 player), the NexIA (and plus) and the NexBlack, all of them are pathetic.

The Rio Karma requires software to transfer music onto the device. There are multiple windows and mac programs and an ethernet interface for other operating systems.
