IMO the UE Super.FI 3 Studios are the way to go for $80 (see sig). Some will suggest ETY ER6 ($80)/Westone UM1 ($108). As they are the top three in their price range. All are good choices, but w/the sound sig of the UEs, those are the ones for me. If you can try em' out first, that will help you tremendously. Because no matter how good an IEM sounds, if you can't get a proper fit & seal none of that will matter. It's a very subjective issue. Beauty is in the ears of the beholder.
Good Luck & Happy New Year

yeah..those are a good pair of earpphone to go with at that range

since i dont know what kind of music you listen to, at that range you can look at the ER6i, UM1 and also check if guitar center still has the deals for the SCL3 or SCL4 if you dont mind waiting.

Well if there was an option between the Shure SCL3 or these Super.fis?

Super.fi, if you like rap. Or spend a bit more and go for the 5 EBs (perfect for rap).

Shure SCL3s have a very weak bass, according to the reviews here.
